IES oil and gas (iESog)is the geoscience section focused on a fully practical and applied petroleum evaluation & exploration services and training in Nigeria, covering a wide range of geoscience fields, with the aim of developing comprehensiveand synergetic petroleum geoscience skills in industry professionals and candidates for recruitment.
IES solar, wind and power (iESswap) provide training and services on renewable energy and has built prototypes of mobile solar equipment, wind turbines and armatures. Services include installation/maintenance of inverter and solar systems, and corporate projects in hybrid power solution.
IES agricultural biomass (iESab)is a leading agricultural processing, biomass training and services unit, with the Emene centre serving as a hub for generation of feedstock, processing of raw material, laboratory tests and prototype refining of by-products using locally built reactors and fractionating systems for biofuel production.
